Risk identification / Risk management
Political risk has been identified as a deterrent to investment in most African countries. What is important is to learn to identify real risk from perceived risk, which can only take place when one considers a detailed analysis of the activities proposed in the country in question. We will work with our clients to assist them in identifying real risk from perceived risk in their target country. Where required we will select, or identify, possible sources for political risk insurance or security services. Other methods of risk mitigation will be suggested once the risk has been identified. Commercial risk will also be considered and ways to mitigate it suggested to our partners / retained clients.
