The Team

The team at Newton Advisory FZ-LLC consists of a network of professionals in various sectors on the ground in Nigeria.

The team is led by Paul Okaru a dual British Nigerian citizen who was educated at the London School of Economics and Political Science where he graduated with a degree in Law (LLB) and was called to the bar as a barrister of Lincoln’s Inn. Paul also has an MBA in International Business from the University of Leeds Business School in England. With an International business background and legal / international business management qualification, this enables Paul to provide significant and all- round support encompassing all areas relating to the legal, commercial, strategic, financial and operational aspects of any project or new business venture.

Paul has 20 years experience as a business development and Investment consultant focused on projects relating to Nigeria and select West Africa countries. His main focus is on using private sector expertise and private capital as a means to develop Start Ups, SMEs and larger companies in Nigeria and other select African countries. He assists foreign Investors and companies, who may be multinationals, family offices, high or ultra-high net worth individuals, Investment funds and international organizations with the developing of a robust strategy for entry into Nigeria. He currently sits on the board of directors of Dovizia Pharma Services Ltd and Mobicure Ltd.
